There is one vacancy on Hinton Charterhouse Parish Council caused by a Councillor moving from the Parish and Standing Down.

A bye-election to fill the vacancy will be held if within 14 days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the date below 10 electors for the Parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
